Hey y’all! I’ve mentioned before that I’m starting to get into fantasy and I’m excited to read more after finishing Raybearer last month. In honor of this newfound interest and Black History Month, I’ve decided to put together this list of fantasy books by Black authors. Hey y’all! As many of you know, I’m double majoring in Psychology and English. I love to analyze both books and people, but mental illness awareness is especially important for me. Whenever I hear that there’s great mental illness rep in a story, I immediately add it to my TBR.

10 Books I Want to Read in 2021

Hey y’all! We’re a week into 2021 and things haven’t seemed to slow down. I don’t know if I’ll be posting an official goals post like I usually do, but I do have 10 books I’d really like to read this year. These are all books I already own and I really want to read them (so I don’t feel guilty about buying more books).

I definitely have others I want to get to this year, but I feel like these ten are calling out to me loudest.
