Down the TBR Hole #2

Here’s a second installment of Down the TBR Hole, brought to you by yours truly.

The Rules

  •  1. Go to your Goodreads to-read shelf.
  •  2. Order on ascending date added.
  •  3. Take the first 5 (or 10 if you’re feeling adventurous) books.
  •  4. Read the synopsis of the books.
  •  5. Time to Decide: keep it or should it go

Sacred Light Spirit Eagle: My Visionary Life and Near Death Experience by Cristael Ann Bengtson

Sacred Light Spirit Eagle: My Visionary Life and Near Death Experience by Cristael Ann Bengtson

I have the same issue with this that I spoke about last week. I just prefer daily devotionals.

Verdict: Let it go

The Distance Between Us by Kasie West

The Distance Between Us by Kasie West

I read Pivot Point and Split Second by Kasie West when I first started watching booktube videos. I wanted to read more by her but I’m not really into romance right now. I haven’t been for a while.

Verdict: Let it go

Eternal Dreams: The Curse of Memories by Christopher Compton

Eternal Dreams: The Curse of Memories by Christopher Compton

This takes me back to the days of Wattpad. I read the first book on Wattpad but I never got to it post publication.

Verdict: Let it go

The Real Prom Queens of Westfield High by Laurie Boyle Crompton

The Real Prom Queens of Westfield High by Laurie Boyle Crompton

Back when I added this to my TBR, I probably would’ve enjoyed it. The synopsis just doesn’t appeal to me anymore.

Verdict: Let it go

Side Effects May Vary by Julie Murphy

Side Effects May Vary by Julie Murphy

This still sounds pretty interesting. At first I was thinking it would be similar to The Fault in Our Stars, but after reading the synopsis, it sounds like it takes a pretty cool twist.

Verdict: Keep

This is starting to feel really cathartic. I like doing these. Let me know what I can do to make these even more fun. I decided to let go of four and only kept one this time around.

Have you read any of these books?

How many books are in your TBR?

Let me know in the comments, let’s chat!
