The Unique Blogger Award

I’ve seen this around the blogosphere quite a few times before, but today is the day I can take part in it. I was nominated by the lovely Sara of The Bibliophagist. Thank you so much for the nomination!

RULES:

  • Display the award!
  • Thank the person who nominated you, and post a link to their blog on your blog.
  • Answer the questions they’ve written for you!
  • Nominate 8-13 bloggers and give them three questions in the spirit of sharing love and solidarity within our blogging family!

The Questions:

What’s a book that you wish got more attention?

Still Life with Tornado by A. S. King and OCDaniel by Wesley King are two books that I haven’t seen much talk about. I think they’re both pretty great and they shine a light on mental health issues, which is a plus.

What are your hobbies aside from reading and blogging?

I love writing poetry, even though I haven’t done too much of that lately. I also enjoy exercising and spending time with friends and family. I’m a people person.

What’s your most anticipated release for the rest of the year?

I feel like I’m always behind in these things since I don’t really read books when they first come out. I guess I’m waiting for the paperback versions of The Poet X and Dear Martin, if that counts.

I nominate Chaz, Nirmala, Amy, Delphine, and Kat. Feel free to do this post, even if you weren’t tagged and make sure to have fun!

My Questions for You:

What is your favorite childhood book/book memory?

Where is your favorite place to read?

Who is your favorite author?
