Three Day Lyrical Challenge: Day 2

I was tagged by the wonderful Leslie, over on Books Are The New Black. Be sure to check out her blog. This is my first time being tagged for anything so I feel truly honored. *takes bow*

The rules are simple:

  1. Thank the person who nominated you.
  2. Share one of your favorite song/lyrics one at a time for three days.
  3. Nominate three other bloggers each day.

So yesterday I let you know about my avid love for Christian and Gospel music, but I also love R & B. One of my favorite artists is Lauryn Hill. The entire Miseducation album is wonderful and my favorites from it vary with mood. Selah (from a different album), To Zion, and Lost Ones are some of my absolute faves from Ms. Hill.

Just a heads up, I’ll be posting Day 3 on Saturday instead of tomorrow.

I nominate New Lune, Lindsay, and Chaz. Be sure to let me know if you do this, but it’s okay if you don’t.

Much Love,

Rae
